These Terms describe how you may use ABABA, an offline-first puzzle game provided by Luca Foresti.

ABABA is provided as a puzzle game with optional online account, sync, social, chat, leaderboard, and battle features.
You may use ABABA for personal entertainment and normal gameplay. Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, bypass technical protections, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.
If you use Google sign-in, Google verifies your identity and ABABA receives the identity information needed to create or link your ABABA account.
The core solo game is designed to work locally. Online features may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
Cloud saves, social features, chat, leaderboards, practice sharing, battles, email, and push notifications are optional online features and may change as ABABA evolves.
Do not use chat, profile, group, attachment, or support features to harass others, impersonate people, send illegal or harmful content, or disrupt the service.
You are responsible for messages, names, images, audio, documents, practice shares, and other content you submit through ABABA.
Do not exploit bugs, automate unfair play, manipulate battle or leaderboard results, or interfere with matchmaking and realtime systems.
ABABA may limit, suspend, remove, or delete access to online features when needed to protect the service, protect other players, or comply with legal obligations.
ABABA does not include advertising SDKs, ad tracking, subscriptions, or in-app purchases at launch.
If monetization or third-party advertising is added later, these terms and the privacy policy should be updated before that change is released.
ABABA is provided as-is and may contain bugs, downtime, balance changes, or content changes.
To the extent allowed by law, ABABA is not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress caused by device or network problems, or interruptions outside reasonable control.
These Terms may be updated as ABABA changes. Material updates should be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
